As the Director of Client Experiences at Journey Wealth Strategies, she works closely with our financial advisors and clients to ensure a seamless, personalized experience. Her passion lies in anticipating client needs, enhancing engagement, and building lasting relationships that support their financial goals.
Before joining Journey Wealth Strategies, Tammi specialized in medical practice consulting, helping physicians launch and manage their own practices by guiding them through credentialing, regulatory compliance, and operational optimization. She also has extensive experience in insurance account management and marketing, having worked with medical professionals across Mississippi to provide tailored risk management solutions and strategic guidance.
Tammi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Mississippi State University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son, Parker, catching up with friends, kayaking when the weather is just right, and cheering on Mississippi State football. She is also actively involved in her community through volunteer work and enjoys finding ways to give back.
